atrain begleitet Organisationen und Führungskräfte bei nachhaltiger Veränderung – mit Führungskräfteentwicklung, Coaching und Beratung. Von unserem Hauptsitz in Bamberg sowie aus unterschiedlichen Remote Orten aus arbeiten wir branchenübergreifend mit unseren Kunden und als Team, das Verantwortung, Zusammenarbeit und hohe Qualitätsansprüche lebt.

DAS PROJEKT Wir bei atrain sind immer in der Weiterentwicklung unserer HR Funktion als solches. So haben gerade ein Konzept für integrierte People-Prozesse entwickelt, das Performance Review, Personalentwicklung und strategische Personalplanung verbindet. Während der Elternzeit unserer HR-Kollegin suchen wir eine erfahrene HR-Freelancerin oder einen erfahrenen HR-Freelancer, die bzw. der die Umsetzung dieses Konzepts in klar definierten Arbeitspaketen verantwortet. Auch die Weiterentwicklung unseres Freelance Netzwerkes kann ein Projekt in diesem Jahr sein.

SCHWERPUNKTE 01 — People-Prozesse: Implementierung der neuen Prozesse für Performance Review, Personalentwicklung und strategische Personalplanung als stimmiges Gesamtsystem. 02 — Strategische Personalplanung: Weiterentwicklung der Personalplanung, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit Digit für unseren Insight Hub. 03 — Strategische Personalplanung: Weiterentwicklung unseres Freelance Netzwerkes und der HR Funktion drumherum.

DEINE AUFGABEN • Umsetzung vereinbarter Arbeitspakete aus dem Konzept für Performance Review, Personalentwicklung, strategische Personalplanung und des Freelance Netzwerkes • Weiterführung der strategischen Personalplanung, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit Digit für den Insight Hub (gemeinsam mit unserem HR-Team) • Unterstützung bei strategischen HR-Themen, die im Projektverlauf aufkommen • Dokumentation der Ergebnisse und regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung

DEIN PROFIL • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Konzeption und vor allem der Einführung von People-Prozessen, z. B. Performance Management, Personalentwicklung oder Workforce Planning • Erfahrung mit HR-Software und den damit verbundenen Change-Prozessen • Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise • Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftsführung, Mitarbeitenden und externen Partnern • Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
