Descriptif de poste :

Nous recrutons un(e) comptable client H/F en CDD au sein du service comptable d’Audencia.

Rattaché(e) au responsable comptable, vous aurez différentes missions riches et variées à réaliser :

Facturation, encaissements et suivi des comptes :

  • Émission et envoi des factures aux clients en conformité avec les bons de commande et les accords contractuels.
  • Contrôle de l'exactitude des informations de facturation (quantités, prix, mentions légales).
  • Enregistrement et imputation comptable des factures émises et des règlements clients.
  • Lettrage et justification rigoureuse des comptes clients.
  • Gestion des encaissements, y compris les remises en banque et le suivi des mandats SEPA.

Suivi et recouvrement des créances :

  • Analyse et suivi de la balance âgée pour identifier les retards de paiement.
  • Mise en œuvre des procédures de relance préventive et curative (écrite, téléphonique).
  • Gestion des litiges en collaboration avec les services commerciaux et opérationnels.
  • Préparation et suivi des dossiers de recouvrement contentieux

Reporting et clôtures comptables :

  • Participation active aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles pour la partie clients (provisions pour créances douteuses, factures à établir).
  • Participation à l'élaboration du revenu.
  • Justification des soldes clients auprès des commissaires aux comptes lors des audits.

Participation à des projets :

  • Création et mise à jour des fiches clients dans le système d'information.
  • Participation active au projet de mise en place du nouvel ERP : définition des besoins, phases de tests et de recette, reprise des données et accompagnement au changement.
  • Contribution à l'optimisation continue des processus et outils liés à la gestion du cycle client.

Profil recherché :

Titulaire d’une formation en comptabilité de type Bac + 2 minimum, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de 5 ans minimum sur des missions similaires.

Autonome sur vos dossiers, vous êtes également organisé.e et réactif.ve. Rigoureux.se et avec d’excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, vous appréciez la polyvalence des tâches qui vous sont confiées.

Une expérience au sein d’un établissement de formation continue ou d'apprentissage et la connaissance du logiciel SAGE 1000 serait un atout appréciable.

La maitrise d’Excel est indispensable.

Conditions de travail :

  • Type de contrat : CDD, à pouvoir dès que possible jusqu'au 30 avril 2027
  • Localisation : Nantes
  • Rémunération annuelle brute : 32K€ à 33K€/ 13 mois selon profil et expérience
  • Statut : Technicien
  • Télétravail : jusqu'à 2 jours / semaine, après 1 mois d'ancienneté
  • Mutuelle familiale prise en charge à 100%, Tickets Restaurants, CSE, accord d’intéressement
