Das neue Team hat drei Standorte. Das Audi Kompetenz-Center Motorsport in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Formula 1 Factory der Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Das Audi Motorsport Technology Center im Vereinigten Königreich ist in der Startphase und wächst stetig. Unsere Power Unit kommt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis und den Rennbetrieb verantwortlich ist.

Diese Position ist bei der Audi Formula Racing GmbH am Standort Neuburg (Deutschland) zu besetzen.

Im Bereich der Hochdruck-Hydraulik arbeitest du an einer der Schlüsselkomponenten eines High-Performance-Antriebsstrangs und trägst deinen Teil zur Wettbewerbsfähigkeit in einem hochkompetitiven Umfeld bei. Die Tätigkeit umfasst den Grundaufbau der Hochdruck-Hydraulik in der Werkstatt/dem Reinraum über verschiedene Prüfstände für Subkomponenten-Tests bis zur Assemblierung der Gesamt-Hydraulik für High-Performance-Motorsportanwendungen auf dem höchsten Qualitätsniveau.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbständiger, eigenverantwortlicher Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Rennsport-Hochdruck-Hydrauliken
  • Herstellen von Vorrichtungen und Werkzeugen zur Arbeitserleichterung des Aufbaus in Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktion
  • Prüfen, Einstellen und Inbetriebnahmen von Hochdruck-Hydrauliken und deren Subsystemen
  • Durchführen von aufbaubegleitenden Messungen und Einstellmaßnahmen
  • Fehlersuche an Komponenten und dem Gesamtsystem in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bauteilverantwortlichen
  • Dokumentation der einzelnen Arbeitsschritte
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse in der Fertigung von Hochdruck-Hydrauliken
  • Aufzeigen von Problemen im Aufbauprozess in enger Abstimmung mit dem Bauteileverantwortlichen und der Qualitätssicherung

Dein Profil

  • Sehr gutes Verständnis komplexer, hydraulischer Systeme
  • Fundierte Facharbeiterausbildung/technische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Rennsport
  • Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit in globalen Teams
  • Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Belastbare, überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit starker Teamorientierung, hoher Motivation und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gutes kreatives und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft Grundkenntnisse in der jeweils anderen Sprache zu erlernen sind Voraussetzung
