Seit der Saison 2026 tritt Audi in der FIA Formel 1 Weltmeisterschaft an.

Das neue Team hat drei Standorte. Das Audi Kompetenz-Center Motorsport in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Formula 1 Factory der Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Das Audi Motorsport Technology Center im Vereinigten Königreich ist in der Startphase und wächst stetig. Unsere Power Unit kommt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis und den Rennbetrieb verantwortlich ist.

Diese Position ist bei der Audi Formula Racing GmbH am Standort Neuburg (Deutschland) zu besetzen. Als Prüfstand-Operator_in unterstützt Du die Durchführung von Entwicklungs- und Abnahme-Erprobungen hochentwickelter Motorsport-Antriebsaggregate und Komponenten auf unserem modernen Antriebsprüffeld.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Installation von hochkomplexen Verbrennungskraftmaschinen und elektrischen Antrieben, Antriebssträngen und Komponenten für die Funktions- und Dauererprobung auf hochmodernen F1 Prüfständen
  • Funktionsüberprüfung der Messtechnik und Plausibilisierung der Signale
  • Inbetriebnahme, Kalibrierung und Abnahme von Prüflingen inkl. Dokumentation
  • Durchführung von manuellen und automatisierten Testläufen sowie Prüfzyklen inkl. deren Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung bei der Entstörung und Fehlerdiagnose von Prüflingen sowie der kompletten Prüfstands-Peripherie
  • Unterstützung bei der vorbeugenden Wartung der Prüfanlagen
  • Abstimmung von Testfällen mit den Prüfstands- und Versuchs-Ingenieur_innen
  • Mechanische und elektrische Umbauten an den Prüflingen nach Vorgabe der Versuchs-Ingenieur_innen inkl. Dokumentation

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich KFZ-Mechatronik Fachrichtung System und HV Technik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Elektrofachkraft Fahrzeugtechnik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit dem Betrieb hybrider Antriebsstrangprüfstände der Firma AVL
  • Bereitschaft für Prüfstands-Betrieb zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
  • Affinität zur Antriebstechnik und Elektrifizierung sowie Ehrgeiz und Leidenschaft für den Motorsport
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
