Entreprise industrielle reconnue dans la fabrication et la distribution de papiers, notre client intervient sur des marchés à forte valeur ajoutée : packaging carton, publishing (édition, beaux livres) et visual communication.

Dans un contexte de développement et de conquête de nouveaux relais de croissance, il renforce ses équipes avec un Chef de Marché à forte dimension terrain et vente directe.

Votre rôle

Véritable acteur du développement commercial, vous intervenez au plus près du terrain, en lien direct avec la Direction Générale.

À la croisée du business development, de la vente directe et de l’expertise marché, vous pilotez la croissance de vos segments sur l’ensemble du territoire français.

Vos missions

  • Développer le chiffre d’affaires par une action commerciale directe auprès de clients stratégiques et comptes clés
  • Prospecter et ouvrir de nouveaux marchés sur les segments packaging et publishing
  • Accompagner la force de vente terrain sur des projets à forts enjeux et des ventes complexes
  • Apporter une expertise marché, produit et application
  • Identifier les relais de croissance à partir des retours terrain
  • Participer à la définition des offres, des plans d’actions commerciaux et à l’animation des gammes
  • Suivre la performance : CA, marges, rentabilité, KPIs
  • Travailler en lien étroit avec les équipes marketing, techniques et le siège en Espagne

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure commerciale ou marketing
  • Expérience confirmée (min. 5 ans) sur un poste à forte dimension terrain et commerciale
  • Solide connaissance des marchés du packaging carton, du publishing ou du graphique
  • À l’aise dans la vente BtoB de solutions techniques
  • Orienté(e) résultats, autonome, pragmatique et doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel
  • Anglais courant indispensable – espagnol apprécié
  • Appétence pour les outils digitaux et les nouvelles approches (IA, data, CRM)
