The posting

Nous recherchons pour notre client, entreprise industrielle située à Grasse, un(e) Conducteur(trice) de ligne / Régleur(se) afin de renforcer son équipe de production.

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Production, vous assurez le réglage, la conduite et le bon fonctionnement de votre ligne de production.

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront de :

  • Prendre connaissance du planning et analyser les fiches de travail ;
  • Effectuer le calage et le réglage de la ligne ;
  • Assurer la mise en production et le suivi de la fabrication ;
  • Réaliser les contrôles nécessaires afin de garantir la conformité de la production ;
  • Entretenir la machine et son environnement de travail ;
  • Effectuer les changements de courroies ;
  • Réaliser les dépannages mécaniques de premier niveau (hors électronique) ;
  • Procéder à la maintenance de premier niveau ;
  • Utiliser et renseigner les fiches d’anomalies, d’amélioration et de commandes de consommables/papier ;
  • Respecter les méthodes de travail, les procédures de contrôle ainsi que les consignes HSSE applicables.

Votre profil

Vous disposez idéalement d’une expérience en conduite et réglage de lignes dans un environnement industriel.

La maîtrise ou la connaissance des équipements EXPERFOLD / Carton Pack est particulièrement recherchée.

Vous possédez également de bonnes notions en mécanique, vous permettant d’être autonome sur les réglages, l’entretien courant et les interventions de premier niveau.

Rigueur, autonomie et respect des consignes de production et de sécurité seront essentiels pour réussir sur ce poste.

Horaires

Organisation en 2x8, avec un poste qui sera toutefois principalement positionné sur le créneau du matin : 6h00 – 14h00.

La semaine de travail est organisée sur une base de 39 heures, avec les heures supplémentaires correspondantes majorées à 25 %.

Rémunération & avantages

Rémunération : 28,2 K€ brut annuel, complétée par plusieurs avantages :

  • Prime de lait : 58 € ;
  • Heures supplémentaires majorées à 25 % ;

  • Intéressement pouvant atteindre 1 000 € selon l’atteinte des critères annuels
