Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung des Kleinteile- und Ersatzteillagers
  • Bestandsverantwortung für diesen Bereich
  • Warenannahme und Kontrolle sowie Ein- und Umlagerungen
  • Einlagerung und Verbuchung von Waren im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten Lagerung von Waren
  • Bedienung technischer Hilfsgeräte
  • Analyse von Lagerkapazitäten und Warenbeständen
  • Einholen von Angeboten, Preisvergleiche, Erstellung von Bestellungen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen
  • Identifikation, Auswahl und Entwicklung geeigneter Lieferanten für indirekte Güter.
  • Abwicklung von Rücksendungen, fehlerhaften Lieferungen oder mangelhaften Dienstleistungen.
  • Prüfung / Archivierung von Dokumenten
  • Durchführen von Inventuren
  • Stammdatenpflege und Neuanlage von Magazinware und Ersatzteilen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d)
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere MS Excel) und in ERP-Systemen
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im Einkauf sowie in der Beschaffung und Bestellung von Ersatzteilen wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Supply-Chain-Management
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verbunden mit einer strukturierten und selbständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Problemlösungsorientiertes Denken verbunden mit einem umfassenden Organisationstalent
