  • Finálna výška mzdy bude závisieť od skúseností a kvalifikácie uchádzača

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

  • Zodpovednosť za technickú realizáciu projektov výrobných nástrojov počas celého životného cyklu projektu – od cenovej ponuky až po sériovú výrobu
  • Posudzovanie technickej uskutočniteľnosti návrhov a navrhovanie optimálnych riešení pre sériovú výrobu
  • Návrh, koordinácia a technické hodnotenie výrobných nástrojov pre vstrekovanie plastov, lisovanie, termoformovanie a ďalšie výrobné technológie
  • Vypracovávanie technických špecifikácií, funkčných požiadaviek a projektovej dokumentácie.
  • Spolupráca pri CAD/CAE analýzach a hodnotenie robustnosti výrobných procesov
  • Komunikácia s dodávateľmi nástrojov, technické porovnávanie cenových ponúk a hodnotenie technických riešení
  • Riadenie harmonogramov projektov, sledovanie míľnikov a koordinácia dodávok nástrojov
  • Riadenie technických zmien počas projektu vrátane implementácie úprav a opätovného uvedenia nástrojov do výroby
  • Optimalizácia nákladov na výrobu nástrojov a podpora technických rozhodnutí počas RFQ fázy
  • Účasť na skúškach nástrojov, preberaní zariadení, nábehu sériovej výroby a pravidelný reporting priebehu projektov
  • Sledovanie nových technológií, trendov na trhu a rozvoja dodávateľskej základne
  • Komunikácia a spolupráca s ostatnými oddeleniami

POŽIADAVKY NA ZAMESTNANCA

Minimálne dosiahnuté vzdelanie: Vysokoškolské I. stupňa

Vzdelanie v obore: technické, strojárske alebo príbuzný odbor

Jazykové znalosti: Anglický jazyk - Stredne pokročilý (B2) alebo Nemecký jazyk - Stredne pokročilý (B2)

Ostatné znalosti: Microsoft Office 365 - Pokročilý

Počet rokov praxe: 5

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

  • skúsenosť z výrobného prostredia (ideálne automotive)
  • znalosť CAD systémov (NX, Catia, SolidWorks alebo iné)
  • znalosť CAE metód
  • znalosť GD&T
  • orientácia v technickej dokumentácii.
  • komunikácia v anglickom jazyku alebo v nemeckom jazyku je podmienka
