The posting

Responsable de la administración del personal de plantas.

  • Encargado de la gestión de relaciones laborales sindicales y participación en Auditorias de certificación.
  • Participar activamente en la negociación anual de contrato colectivo de la empresa y conflictos de la empresa tales como paros técnicos, desvinculaciones con la empresa, huelgas y mediaciones oportunas ante la autoridad laboral. Revisión de PTU, Fondo de Ahorro y aguinaldo.
  • Administra y gestiona los servicios al personal de planta, como transporte y alimentos.
  • Administra y controla la información de todo el personal de planta Querétaro de acuerdo con las necesidades de la empresa, mediante bases de datos / software y manejo de expedientes.
  • Vigilar el cumplimiento del Contrato colectivo y Reglamento Interior de Trabajo aplicando las sanciones establecidas en el semáforo laboral.
  • Gestiona los procesos de reclutamiento e incorporación de talento de personal hourly (X3), salary (X5) de acuerdo con las necesidades de la empresa.
  • Administra y ejecuta cambios de salario y puesto al personal, dando cumplimiento a requisiciones y cambios de estatus con las debidas autorizaciones.
  • Revisa incidencias tales como permisos, vacaciones y otros, solucionando cualquier problema que pueda surgir en cumplimiento a las políticas de la empresa.
  • Participa en auditorias para el cumplimiento y seguimiento de la norma IATF 16949:2016, la norma ISO 14001:2015, CSOX, requerimientos de cliente y legales.
  • Planea y ejecuta los eventos de motivación, responsabilidad social y clima laboral.
  • Maneja y controla indicadores del área.
  • Administra y gestiona el presupuesto asignado en Recursos Humanos .

Nuestra candidata, debe de:

Tener una experiencia comprobable de +5 años en posición similar.

Empresa automotriz TR1, capacidad de organización ya que se administran dos plantas en la zona del Marques.

Bilingüe, y con disponibilidad de horario de oficina.
