Quem buscamos?

Buscamos um (a) profissional para atuar como referência técnica em dados dentro do time de tecnologia, traduzindo necessidades das áreas de negócio (comercial, logística, compras, financeiro) em modelos e entregas analíticas confiáveis. No dia a dia, isso envolve modelar dados pensando em escalabilidade e clareza, desenvolver e evoluir camadas analíticas que sustentem relatórios e dashboards, construir e manter pipelines de ingestão e transformação, além de participar das decisões sobre ferramentas e arquitetura do ambiente de dados.

  • SQL avançado: domínio de queries complexas, CTEs, window functions, otimização de performance e boas práticas de escrita;
  • Modelagem de dados: experiência com modelagem dimensional (star schema, snowflake) e capacidade de desenhar estruturas que equilibrem performance, manutenibilidade e clareza para consumo analítico ;
  • Tradução de dados em informação: habilidade de conversar com áreas de negócio, entender o problema por trás da pergunta e entregar análises que realmente apoiem a decisão;
  • Qualidade de dados: familiaridade com práticas de validação, testes e monitoramento de dados (detecção de inconsistências, nulos, duplicidades, quebras de contrato entre fontes e modelos), além de cuidado com documentação e rastreabilidade das transformações ;
  • Boas práticas de código: versionamento com Git (branches, pull requests, code review), escrita de código legível e modular, documentação mínima de pipelines e modelos, e noções de testes automatizados aplicados a dados.
