Quem buscamos?

Um profissional para atuar como referência técnica em dados dentro do time de tecnologia, traduzindo necessidades das áreas de negócio (comercial, logística, compras, financeiro) em modelos e entregas analíticas confiáveis. No dia a dia, isso envolve modelar dados pensando em escalabilidade e clareza, desenvolver e evoluir camadas analíticas que sustentem relatórios e dashboards, construir e manter pipelines de ingestão e transformação, além de participar das decisões sobre ferramentas e arquitetura do ambiente de dados.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolvimento e otimização de consultas SQL: criar e otimizar consultas complexas, utilizando CTEs, window functions e boas práticas de escrita para garantir performance e eficiência.
  • Modelagem de dados: desenvolver e manter modelos dimensionais (Star Schema e Snowflake Schema), equilibrando desempenho, escalabilidade, manutenibilidade e clareza para consumo analítico.
  • Transformação de dados em informações estratégicas: interagir com as áreas de negócio para compreender suas necessidades, identificar problemas e desenvolver soluções analíticas que apoiem a tomada de decisão.
  • Qualidade e confiabilidade dos dados: implementar práticas de validação, testes e monitoramento para identificar inconsistências, valores nulos, duplicidades e falhas nas integrações entre fontes e modelos, assegurando a documentação e a rastreabilidade das transformações.
  • Boas práticas de desenvolvimento: utilizar Git para versionamento de código, incluindo branches, pull requests e code reviews, além de desenvolver códigos legíveis e modulares, documentar pipelines e modelos e aplicar testes automatizados aos processos de dados.

Formação Acadêmica

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia de Dados, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Banco de Dados ou áreas correlatas.
  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em Engenharia de Dados, Ciência de Dados, Business Intelligence ou áreas relacionadas será considerada um diferencial.
