Role Summary The Graphic Designer is a creative production role within the Creative and Content Studio team, responsible for translating marketing concepts into engaging, brand-consistent visual assets across digital and print touchpoints. Functioning as the core design engine for day-to-day creative requests, this role produces visual assets for social media, digital advertising, web pages, print collateral, and franchisee local marketing toolkits. Working closely with cross-functional marketing partners and senior creative staff, the Graphic Designer applies core design principles, typography, and visual brand guidelines to produce polished deliverables that drive audience engagement and maintain brand integrity. Responsibilities

Digital & Print Production Execution: Design and produce visually appealing creative assets across multiple media types, including social media campaigns, digital display ads, website graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, and sales collateral. Brand Governance & Asset Consistency: Uphold and apply brand standards, typography systems, color palettes, and style guidelines across all assigned design projects to ensure cross-channel visual consistency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand marketing, social media, and local field marketing teams to review design briefs, clarify creative requirements, and deliver visual solutions aligned with campaign goals. Asset Optimization & Prepress Preparation: Format, resize, and export visual assets for diverse digital platforms and print formats; prepare print-ready files following standard prepress procedures. Asset Archive Management: Maintain, organize, and archive final design files, photo libraries, and graphic assets in central DAM folders for seamless access across internal teams. Process Improvement & Trends: Stay current on emerging visual design trends, tool updates, and platform specs to continually elevate production efficiency and visual appeal. Proactively communicate project status updates and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve creative bottlenecks.

Success Measures (KPIs)

Turnaround & SLA Adherence: On-time completion and delivery of assigned design tickets and creative request queues. Brand Accuracy & QA: High compliance with brand style guides, resulting in minimal revision rounds or formatting errors. Asset Production Volume: Efficient output and asset generation supporting multi-brand marketing campaign timelines.

Experience & Qualifications

2–4 years of professional graphic design experience within an in-house corporate marketing team or agency environment. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience. Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat); working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or motion graphic tools (After Effects) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Basic experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects/Premiere), 3D design software, or UI/UX and web design principles. Solid mastery of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, layout design, and digital/print export specifications. Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to balance multiple creative priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
