Cerchiamo un professionista del settore Automotive, energico, affidabile e con una spiccata attitudine commerciale. Sarai il punto di riferimento tra il cliente e la nostra azienda e il protagonista dell’intero processo di acquisizione delle auto usate: dalla valutazione tecnica del veicolo, alla trattativa commerciale, fino alla chiusura dell’acquisto.

La posizione è ibrida e prevede anche attività di back office e amministrative, tra cui:

-gestione e verifica della documentazione contrattuale

-inserimento e aggiornamento dati nei sistemi aziendali

-supporto amministrativo alle operazioni di acquisto

-collaborazione con i team interni per garantire un processo fluido ed efficiente

  • Ingresso con contratto di 6 mesi finalizzato alla reale stabilizzazione in azienda;

Descrizione del lavoro

  • Accoglierai i clienti e prenderai in carico ogni veicolo, garantendo un’esperienza chiara, trasparente e professionale
  • Svolgerai le attività amministrative, contribuendo all’efficienza e al successo della filiale.
  • Valuterai ogni auto a 360°: check meccanica leggera, verifica documenti e Test Drive. Ogni dettaglio conta, perché la qualità è nelle tue mani. Gestirai la trattativa commerciale, guidando il cliente verso la miglior decisione e costruendo fiducia lungo tutto il percorso.
  • Concluderai l’acquisto del veicolo, assumendoti la piena responsabilità dell’operazione.

Qualifiche

  • Hai esperienza in ruoli commerciali e ami lavorare con precisione e determinazione.
  • Esperienza maturata in ambito amministrativo e/o back office commerciale preferibilmente nel settore automotive (sarà condierata un plus);
  • Sei una persona affidabile, dinamica e flessibile, capace di mantenere la concentrazione e affrontare con efficacia le sfide quotidiane
  • Sai organizzare il lavoro, gestire i tempi e coordinare clienti e attività con efficacia, mostrando spiccate doti commerciali e organizzative.
  • Sei preciso, responsabile e attento al dettaglio durante la valutazione dei veicoli e la gestione delle task assegnate.
