Für unsere offene Position als Bürokraft / Servicemitarbeiter mit KFZ-Kenntnissen (d/m/w) suchen wir dich! Starte im Branch Network Team und sei verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Autokäufen, Fahrzeugbewertungen und Filialbetrieb unseres WKDA Purchasing Departments. In dieser Abteilung trägst du zu einem herausragenden Verkaufserlebnis in unseren Filialen bei. Stellenbeschreibung

  • Stelle für unsere Kundschaft einen reibungslosen Serviceprozess und eine exzellente Servicequalität sicher - Du unterstützt und berätst unsere Kunden von der Erstellung bis zur Prüfung aller Vertragsdetails
  • Du begeisterst dich sowohl für alle administrativen Aufgaben als auch für die Arbeit mit und an dem Fahrzeug selbst
  • Das Durchführen von optischen Bewertungen, Fahrzeugabmeldungen sowie die Bereitstellung für unser B2B und B2C-Geschäft gestalten deinen Tag abwechslungsreich
  • Überprüfe den Fahrzeugzustand und erstelle einen elektronischen Zustandsbericht mittels unserer eigens entwickelten App, du kaufst bei uns fast jedes Fahrzeug an!

Qualifikationen

  • Quereinsteiger mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung willkommen!
  • Mit deiner Serviceorientierung schaffst du ein positives Kauferlebnis und hebst die Kundenzufriedenheit auf das nächste Level
  • Kfz-Wissen, bspw. durch berufliche Erfahrungen als Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Lackierer und/oder als Automobilkaufmann oder erste Kenntnisse in der Fahrzeugbewertung sind ein Plus
  • Flexibilität in den Arbeitszeiten und Offenheit als auch Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber Anderen
  • Eine 'Can-Do' Einstellung und hast Lust auf ein automobiles Umfeld
  • Einen Klasse B Führerschein
