Für unsere offene Position als KFZ-Trainer - Schwerpunkt Bodyshop/Lackiererei (d/m/w) suchen wir dich! Starte im Production Centers Team und beteilige dich aktiv an der Aufbereitung der Premiumfahrzeuge unseres Autohero Production Departments. Wir als Autohero, der innovative Online Shop für geprüfte Gebrauchtwagen, sind Teil der AUTO1 Group, Europas führender Plattform für den Automobilhandel.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Entwicklung von Schulungsunterlagen für Karosseriebauer, Auszubildende und Fachkräfte im Bereich Karosseriereparatur
  • Durchführung praxisorientierter Trainings zu Reparaturverfahren, Lackierung, Polierarbeiten sowie zur fachgerechten Demontage und Montage von Fahrzeugkomponenten
  • Vermittlung des fachgerechten Einsatzes von Richtsystemen, Austausch von Bauteilen und Instandsetzung von Unfallschäden
  • Schulung im Umgang mit wasserbasierten Lacken, der Nutzung von Lackierkabinen sowie in modernen Farbtonmischtechniken
  • Vermittlung spezialisierter Bearbeitungstechniken für Aluminium, Kunststoffe und Verbundwerkstoffe, wie sie in modernen Fahrzeugkonstruktionen verwendet werden
  • Unterweisung in der sachgerechten Nutzung persönlicher Schutzausrüstung (PSA) sowie in relevanten Sicherheitsstandards und -vorschriften innerhalb der Lackierwerkstatt

Qualifikationen

  • Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche und in der Karosseriemontage in großen Betrieben
  • Gute Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Arbeitsmitteln, einschließlich Diagnose- und Messinstrumenten
  • Präzision und kritische Analyse der eigenen Arbeit
  • Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Coaching-/Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
