Als Low-Code Developer entwickelst und implementierst du Anwendungen, Workflows und Automatisierungen, die unsere Abläufe effizienter, transparenter und skalierbarer machen. Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen und IT zusammen und setzt Lösungen pragmatisch und technisch sauber um – mit Fokus auf Umsetzung statt Theorie.

Deine Mission:

  • Analyse und digitale Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Anwendungen mit Low-Code-Plattformen
  • Automatisierung manueller Abläufe und Optimierung bestehender Workflows
  • Schnittstellenarbeit zwischen Fachbereichen und IT
  • Testing, Deployment und Wartung von Lösungen
  • Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung mit mindestens einer Low-Code-Plattform (z. B. Microsoft Power Platform, n8n, Docuware, NocoDB, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian o. Ä.)
  • Fortgeschrittene Low-Code-Kenntnisse und praktische Umsetzungserfahrung
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in klassischer Programmierung (z. B. JavaScript, Python)
  • Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und deren digitale Abbildung
  • Grundlagen in Datenmodellierung und relationalen Strukturen
  • API- / REST-Schnittstellenverständnis
  • Grundkenntnisse in SQL oder vergleichbarer Datenbanklogik
  • Basiswissen zu IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2+) für technische Dokumentation
