Während deiner 3-jährigen Ausbildung wirst du von einem Ausbilderteam in die Welt einer modernen BMW-Werkstatt eingeführt.

Keine Angst – zu Beginn wirst du alle Basics erlernen und schrittweise die vielfältigen Aufgaben kennenlernen. Du lernst die verschiedenen Werkzeuge und Materialien kennen, die man als Fahrzeuglackierer*in benötigt. Learning by Doing ist hier angesagt. Von Anfang an darfst du mit anpacken und wirst dir im Laufe der Zeit ein großes Wissen rund um die Themen Lackaufbau und Lackierung von Fahrzeugen aneignen.

Unser Ziel ist es, dich zum Profi in diesem Fachgebiet zu machen. Du entwickelst mit der Zeit ein geschultes Auge für die Fahrzeugbegutachtung sowie die Beurteilung von Schäden. Dazu gehört die gewissenhafte Vorbereitung der Fahrzeugoberflächen, Durchführung von Schleif- und Spachtelarbeiten für den präzisen Lackauftrag und die genaue Abstimmung der Farbtönig und Auswahl der richtigen Lacktechniken.

Das hört sich jetzt eventuell etwas einschüchternd an. Bleib cool! Du wirst bei uns Step-by-Step lernen, beschädigte Karosserieteile zu bearbeiten. Klar, ein bisschen handwerkliches Geschick und Interesse für die Automobilbranche solltest du mitbringen.

Die Ausbildung zum/r Fahrzeuglackierer*in findet sowohl in der Berufsschule als auch bei uns im Betrieb statt. Das heißt, du wirst dir theoretisches Wissen aneignen und gleichzeitig praktische Fertigkeiten entwickeln. Dein und unser Ausbildungsziel ist es, dir alle Grundlagen für einen erfolgreichen Start in deine berufliche Karriere mit auf den Weg zu geben.

  • Digitales technisches Verständnis.
  • Guter bis sehr guter qualifizierter Mittelschulabschluss.
  • Spaß am Umgang mit den Fahrzeugen unserer Kunden.
  • Motivation in einem verantwortungsbewussten Team zu arbeiten.
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch auf dem Level C1 - brauchst du für diese Ausbildung.
