Du unterstützt gewerbliche Fahrzeughändler dabei, ihre digitale Vermarktung mit AutoScout24 weiterzuentwickeln. Dein Schwerpunkt ist der telefonische und digitale Vertrieb von Zusatzprodukten an bestehende Händlerkunden. Aus einem zugeordneten Kundenpotenzial baust du dein eigenes Portfolio auf und übernimmst Verantwortung für dessen Umsatz und Wachstum. Bei Bedarf sind persönliche Kundentermine vor Ort möglich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du sprichst bestehende AutoScout24-Händlerkunden aktiv an und gewinnst sie für passende Zusatzprodukte.
  • Du analysierst die Ziele und Herausforderungen deiner Kunden und zeigst ihnen den konkreten Nutzen unserer digitalen Lösungen für ihre Vermarktung.
  • Du betreust deine Kunden überwiegend telefonisch und digital sowie bei Bedarf persönlich vor Ort.
  • Du baust dein Kundenportfolio auf und entwickelst die Kundenbeziehungen langfristig weiter.
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Vertriebsprozess von der Kontaktaufnahme und Bedarfsanalyse über Angebot und Verhandlung bis zum Abschluss.
  • Du identifizierst Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale und entwickelst passende Angebote.
  • Du verantwortest deine Umsatz- und Vertriebsziele, priorisierst Verkaufschancen und verfolgst offene Angebote konsequent nach.
  • Du dokumentierst Kundeninformationen und Verkaufschancen in Salesforce und hältst deine Pipeline aktuell.
  • Du bringst Kundenfeedback und eigene Ideen ein, um die Kundenansprache und den Vertrieb unserer digitalen Lösungen weiterzuentwickeln.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Erfahrung im beratenden Vertrieb, idealerweise im telefonischen B2B-Vertrieb oder im Verkauf digitaler Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
  • Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare praktische Vertriebserfahrung mit.
  • Du gehst aktiv auf Kunden zu, hörst aufmerksam zu und kommunizierst klar und nutzenorientiert.
  • Du verbindest Kundenorientierung mit Abschlussstärke und gehst souverän mit Einwänden und Verhandlungen um.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert. Der Aufbau eines eigenen Kundenportfolios und messbare Erfolge motivieren dich.
  • Du interessierst dich für digitale Vermarktung und die Automobilbranche und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Produkte ein.
  • Du nutzt Office-Anwendungen und CRM-Systeme sicher, idealerweise Salesforce. Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
