The posting

Missão:

Apoiar a análise, a padronização e a melhoria dos processos das concessionárias e áreas de apoio, contribuindo para a produtividade, a qualidade do atendimento e o acompanhamento dos resultados, sob orientação da liderança.

Como será seu dia a dia:

  • Apoiar o mapeamento dos processos, identificando etapas, responsáveis, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Coletar, organizar e conferir dados para atualização de indicadores e relatórios gerenciais.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração e atualização de procedimentos operacionais, fluxogramas e checklists.
  • Acompanhar planos de ação, consolidando prazos, responsáveis, andamento e evidências de conclusão.
  • Participar de reuniões das áreas para observar rotinas e levantar informações com as equipes.
  • Auxiliar em verificações de aderência aos processos e padrões definidos, registrando desvios para avaliação da liderança.
  • Preparar apresentações e materiais de apoio para reuniões de acompanhamento de resultados.
  • Apoiar treinamentos e a comunicação de novos procedimentos.
  • Contribuir para projetos de redução de desperdícios, retrabalho e tempo de execução das atividades.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Cursando Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento de Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com dados, organizar informações e documentar processos.
  • Interesse por gestão de processos e melhoria contínua.
  • Será um diferencial ter conhecimento de Power BI e ferramentas de IA.
