Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho

Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras e legislações relacionadas à saúde e segurança, realizando inspeções em ambientes diversos, promovendo a prevenção de acidentes e controlando riscos ocupacionais. Atua na elaboração, implementação e atualização de programas e documentos legais como PPRA, PCMSO, LTCAT, APRs e PGR, além de ministrar treinamentos e campanhas educativas. Também orienta sobre o uso correto de EPIs e EPCs, investiga acidentes com emissão de relatórios técnicos, apoia a atuação da CIPA e interage com órgãos fiscalizadores, assegurando um ambiente de trabalho seguro e em conformidade com as exigências legais.

Principais Atividades da Função:

  • Garantir o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e demais legislações trabalhistas relacionadas à saúde e segurança do trabalhador.
  • Realizar inspeções de segurança nos locais de trabalho, incluindo instalações técnicas, estoques, prédios administrativos e lojas.
  • Implementar e monitorar políticas e programas de segurança do trabalho, promovendo um ambiente seguro para todos os colaboradores.
  • Coordenar a gestão da documentação de segurança, como PPRA, PCMSO, LTCAT, APRs e demais laudos obrigatórios.
  • Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos e campanhas de conscientização sobre segurança do trabalho e prevenção de acidentes.
  • Garantir o uso adequado dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI) e Equipamentos de Proteção Coletiva (EPC), orientando os colaboradores quanto à sua utilização.
  • Investigar acidentes e incidentes de trabalho, elaborando relatórios técnicos e propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Atuar na gestão e controle de riscos ocupacionais, identificando condições inseguras e propondo melhorias.
  • Acompanhar atividades periculosas e fiscalizar a aplicação das medidas de segurança em trabalhos em altura, espaços confinados e instalações de redes de fibra óptica.
  • Elaborar e manter atualizado o Plano de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR) e demais programas voltados para a segurança do trabalho.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes técnica e administrativa para garantir um ambiente seguro e adequado às normas vigentes.
  • Interagir com órgãos fiscalizadores e auditorias, garantindo conformidade com as exigências legais.
  • Acompanhar e apoiar a CIPA (Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes) na execução de suas atividades.

Formação:

  • Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo no Ministério do Trabalho.

Experiência:

  • Experiência comprovada na área de Segurança do Trabalho, preferencialmente no setor de telecomunicações ou serviços técnicos de campo.
  • Atuação em gestão de segurança em ambientes com atividades periculosas, como instalações e manutenções de redes de fibra óptica.

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

  • Legislação trabalhista e Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), com foco em NR-10, NR-12, NR-18, NR-33 e NR-35.
  • Elaboração e gestão de documentos de segurança do trabalho (PPRA, PCMSO, PGR, LTCAT, APRs, entre outros).
  • Técnicas de identificação e controle de riscos ocupacionais.
  • Investigação de acidentes e implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Conhecimento sobre Ergonomia aplicada ao ambiente de trabalho.
  • Noções de combate a incêndio e primeiros socorros.
  • Gestão de EPI e EPC.
  • Ferramentas de gestão da segurança do trabalho e softwares de controle de riscos.
