Elaborar e implementar a política de saúde e segurança do trabalho, por meio da realização de inspeções, auditorias e avaliações dos ambientes de trabalho, visando identificar riscos ocupacionais e propor medidas preventivas para evitar acidentes e doenças relacionadas ao trabalho.

- Realizar inspeções de segurança do trabalho, por meio de vistorias periódicas nos setores e ambientes da empresa, com o objetivo de identificar condições inseguras, não conformidades e riscos ocupacionais, propondo medidas corretivas e preventivas;

- Emitir o Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário (PPP) nos casos aplicáveis, especialmente por ocasião do desligamento dos colaboradores, assegurando o registro das informações administrativas, ambientais e de exposição a agentes nocivos durante o período de vínculo com a empresa;

- Fornecer Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) aos colaboradores, mediante registro e controle em ficha ou sistema próprio, bem como orientar e treinar quanto ao uso, conservação, guarda e substituição dos equipamentos, visando à proteção da integridade física e à prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais;

- Controlar a validade e solicitar a recarga ou manutenção dos extintores de incêndio, por meio de solicitação de compra e acompanhamento dos serviços, visando garantir a disponibilidade e as condições adequadas dos equipamentos de combate a incêndio;

- Realizar e acompanhar a sinalização e demarcação dos equipamentos de segurança, utilizando materiais apropriados para identificação dos extintores e demais dispositivos, visando facilitar sua localização e acesso em situações de emergência;

- Planejar e realizar treinamentos e ações de capacitação em saúde e segurança do trabalho, conforme os requisitos das Normas Regulamentadoras aplicáveis e o cronograma dos programas de gerenciamento de riscos e saúde ocupacional, visando promover a prevenção de acidentes e o desenvolvimento de uma cultura de segurança;

- Realizar inspeções periódicas nos transmissores e demais instalações da TV e Rádio, verificando condições estruturais, elétricas, materiais, equipamentos de combate a incêndio e demais aspectos relacionados à segurança, consolidando as informações em relatórios e propondo medidas corretivas e preventivas;

- Realizar a abertura e o acompanhamento da Comunicação de Acidente de Trabalho (CAT) nos casos aplicáveis, observando os procedimentos e prazos legais, visando assegurar o cumprimento das obrigações legais e o adequado registro dos acidentes e doenças relacionadas ao trabalho;

- Conduzir e acompanhar o processo eleitoral e as atividades da Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes e de Assédio (CIPA), em conformidade com a NR 5, promovendo ações de prevenção de acidentes, doenças relacionadas ao trabalho e situações de assédio, contribuindo para a manutenção de um ambiente de trabalho seguro e saudável;

- Monitorar os Atestados de Saúde Ocupacional (ASOs) e os respectivos prazos de validade, acompanhando a realização dos exames ocupacionais periódicos e demais exames previstos no Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional (PCMSO), visando manter os registros de saúde ocupacional dos colaboradores atualizados.
