…du bist die zentrale Führungskraft in unserem IQOS-Shop-in-Shop. Du gestaltest das Einkaufserlebnis aktiv, führst dein Team zu Bestleistungen und bist Markenbotschafter:in für IQOS. Du sorgst dafür, dass Kunden begeistert werden, Verkaufszahlen steigen und dein Team motiviert und gut gecoacht jeden Tag sein Bestes gibt. Du trägst die Verantwortung für die operative Organisation deines Shops, koordinierst Aktionen, behältst Lagerbestände im Blick und stellst sicher, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Kurz: Du machst unseren Shop zu einem Ort, an dem Kunden, Marken und Teammitglieder gleichermaßen begeistert werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Teamführung & Entwicklung: Du entfaltest das Potenzial deines Teams, erkennst individuelle Stärken und förderst die Weiterentwicklung jedes Einzelnen.
  • Markenbindung & Kundennetzwerk: Du setzt klare Ziele, förderst proaktive Kundenansprache und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem dein Team mit Begeisterung die Markenbindung stärkt.
  • Kundenerlebnis & Markenbotschafter: Du begeisterst Kunden für IQOS, führst Gespräche und gestaltest positive Markenerlebnisse, die Umsatz und Markenbekanntheit nachhaltig steigern.
  • Verkaufsförderung & Marketing: Du setzt Aktionen und Promotions um, die Interesse an unseren Produkten wecken und den Verkauf aktiv unterstützen.
  • Management & Organisation: Du leitest den Pop-Up-Store eigenverantwortlich, behältst administrative und personelle Aufgaben im Blick und stellst die Warenverfügbarkeit sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Starke Service- und Kundenorientierung mit dem Anspruch, ein einzigartiges Einkaufs- und Markenerlebnis zu schaffen
  • Zielstrebigkeit, ausgeprägte Vertriebsaffinität und die Fähigkeit, beim Kunden eine Atmosphäre von Neugier und Begeisterung zu erzeugen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als stellvertretende:r Filialleiter:in, Führungskraft, Teamleiter:in oder Promoter:in
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, um operative Abläufe effizient zu steuern
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
