Du bietest Kunden im IQOS-Store ein herausragendes Erlebnis, indem du ihre persönlichen Bedürfnisse erkennst, passende IQOS-Produkte vorstellst und langfristige Begeisterung für unsere Marke schaffst

  • Kundenberatung & Verkauf: Du gehst proaktiv auf Menschen zu, führst offene Gespräche und hilfst Ihnen herauszufinden, welches Produkt am besten zu ihrem Lifestyle passt
  • Kundenbindung & Akquise: Du baust aktiv unser Stamm- und Neukundennetzwerk aus, indem du neue Kunden gewinnst und bestehende langfristig an unsere Marke bindest
  • Verkaufsförderung & Marketing: Du setzt Verkaufsförderungs-, Imagemaßnahmen und Marketingaktionen um, die das Bewusstsein für die IQOS-Produkte steigern und den Umsatz fördern
  • Warenwirtschaft & Kassenmanagement: Du unterstützt beim Waren-, Lager- und Kassenmanagement und optimierst die Verkaufsfläche für ein einzigartiges Verkaufserlebnis
  • Eigenverantwortung & Qualität: Du erledigst Aufgaben gewissenhaft, eigenständig und im Einklang mit unserem Qualitätsstandard

  • Freude daran, Kunden individuell zu beraten und ihnen ein besonderes Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten
  • Hohe Motivation, Teamgeist und eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise, um den Verkaufserfolg aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Offenheit, Teamgeist und Freude daran, Menschen zu begeistern
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
