Instituição de interesse público com milhares de associados procura profissionais para integrar a equipa de contacto e angariação de novos membros. O objetivo é apresentar os serviços, esclarecer dúvidas e apoiar potenciais e antigos associados.

Funções

  • Contactar potenciais clientes para angariar novos associados
  • Contactar antigos associados para apresentar serviços e benefícios
  • Explicar claramente as vantagens da adesão
  • Registar informação no sistema e cumprir procedimentos internos
  • Garantir uma comunicação profissional e orientada para resultados

Formação

  • Formação inicial de 5 dias úteis (8h/dia)
  • Até 5 dias úteis de estágio
  • Conteúdos: integração, ferramentas informáticas, produtos/serviços, atendimento telefónico, e‑mail e chat
  • Formação em contexto de trabalho
  • Remuneração proporcional após conclusão bem‑sucedida

Condições de Trabalho

  • Contrato a termo incerto (12 meses + possibilidade de extensão)
  • Contrato permanente após 2 anos
  • Seguro de saúde e odontológico após assinatura do contrato
  • Subsídio de refeição em cartão pré‑pago
  • Subsídio de férias e Natal pagos mensalmente
  • 22 dias de férias por ano
  • Aplicação de feriados nacionais
  • Local de trabalho: Porto

Horário

  • 40 horas semanais
  • 8 horas por dia + 1 hora de pausa
  • Horário definido conforme necessidade do projeto

Simulação Salarial (mensal – 8h/dia)

  • Salário base: 820 €
  • Subsídio de férias: 68,33 €
  • Subsídio de Natal: 68,33 €
  • Subsídio de refeição: 154 €
  • Total bruto aproximado: 1.110,66 €
