2. Propósito del Puesto

Ejecutar las operaciones de empaque, carga, consolidación y despacho de producto terminado y materiales, asegurando que las salidas cumplan de manera precisa con las órdenes de compra de los clientes, los tiempos de entrega y los estándares de seguridad industrial y control de calidad corporativos.

3. Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales

A. Operaciones de Shipping (Embarques y Despacho)

  • Preparación y Verificación de Pedidos: Realizar el surtido (picking), empaque (packing) y etiquetado de pedidos terminados de acuerdo con la documentación de embarque (Pick List / Orden de Salida).
  • Carga de Camiones / Traileres: Realizar la consolidación y carga de tarimas/palets en los transportes o contenedores utilizando montacargas, patines hidráulicos u otros equipos de manejo de materiales.
  • Documentación y Escaneo: Validar que los números de lote, códigos de barras, cantidades y empaques físicos coincidan exactamente con la orden en el sistema ERP (Oracle / SAP) antes del despacho.
  • Flejado y Paletizado: Asegurar que los palets estén debidamente emplasticados (playados), fletados y rotulados bajo las especificaciones de transporte del cliente para evitar daños en tránsito.

B. Gestión de Sistema e Inventarios

  • Registro de Transacciones: Registrar los movimientos de salida y transferencias físicas en el sistema de gestión de almacenes (WMS / Oracle).
  • Conteos Cíclicos: Participar en los conteos de inventario del área de producto terminado y auditar discrepancias en ubicaciones.

C. Seguridad Industrial, Calidad y ELS (Enterprise Lean System)

  • Normas de Seguridad (EHS): Operar bajo estrictos protocolos de seguridad, uso obligatorio de EPP y reporte inmediato de condiciones o actos inseguros.
  • Metodología 5S: Mantener el área de Shipping limpia, organizada y libre de obstáculos.
  • Reciclaje y Residuos: Apoyar en la clasificación y manejo adecuado de residuos (tarimas dañadas, cartón, plástico de empaque).

Qualifications

  • Escolaridad: Bachillerato / Educación Secundaria Completa.
  • Experiencia: 1 a 2 años en posiciones similares dentro de bodegas, almacenes o centros de distribución (deseable en empresas manufactureras o de etiquetas/empaques).
  • Conocimientos y Certificaciones
  • Manejo de Equipos: Licencia o certificación para operar montacargas(Deseable)
  • Sistemas de Gestión: Manejo básico de escáneres de radiofrecuencia (RF Scanners) y sistemas ERP (Oracle, SAP o WMS).
  • Conocimiento de Normas: Familiaridad con estándares de calidad de empaque, rotulación de materiales y hojas de seguridad (HSDS / HazMat es un plus).
