Descripción del empleo

Sobre el puesto

El Comprador Junior ejecuta las estrategias de compras establecidas para la unidad de negocio, gestionando la adquisición oportuna de materias primas, insumos operativos y servicios requeridos para la manufactura. Esta posición asegura el balance óptimo entre disponibilidad de inventario, continuidad operativa y cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio y costo de la organización.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Modalidad presencial en planta (Villanueva, Honduras).
  • Ejecutar las órdenes de compra y dar seguimiento continuo con los proveedores para garantizar entregas a tiempo y evitar interrupciones operativas.
  • Monitorear y gestionar los niveles de inventario de materias primas e insumos para optimizar la rotación y reducir desperdicios.
  • Revisar la demanda de la planta y la disponibilidad de recursos para asegurar el abastecimiento del programa de producción.
  • Mantener registros y expedientes de compras actualizados para asegurar la precisión y eficiencia operativa del área.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de manufactura, cadena de suministro y servicio al cliente para comunicar niveles de stock y coordinar el flujo de materiales

Requisitos

  • Título de Educación Secundaria o Bachillerato concluido; deseable Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Administración, Cadena de Suministro, Comercio Internacional o afines.
  • De 0 a 3 años de experiencia previa en compras, abastecimiento o áreas de logística/cadena de suministro.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de compra, planeación de materiales y principios de cadena de suministro.
  • Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para resolver problemas rutinarios mediante procedimientos estándar.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, así como enfoque en servicio al cliente y trabajo colaborativo.
