Descripción del empleo

Como Coordinador de Muestras, serás responsable de garantizar el seguimiento, control y flujo eficiente de las muestras en las diferentes etapas de producción y plantas/líneas (P&C, HTL, WVL, PFL). Tu objetivo central será mantener la visibilidad en tiempo real de los tiempos de entrega (lead times), actualizar los tableros de control (Andon) y coordinar los despachos y materiales requeridos para el proceso.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión de Tiempos y Cierre: Actualizar el Lead Time y realizar el cierre formal de muestras en el tablero Andon de todas las plantas/líneas (ALL PL).
  • Seguimiento en Piso: Ejecutar recorridos operativos de seguimiento a muestras en las áreas de P&C, HTL, WVL y PFL.
  • Control y Registro de Datos: Mantener actualizado el Drive del Andon de muestras (ALL PL). Gestionar y alimentar la base de datos de Record Keeping (ALL PL). Elaborar y presentar reportes de métricos periódicos. Auditar y conciliar que el reporte de muestras abiertas coincida (match) exactamente con el Andon de muestras.
  • Logística y Materiales: Coordinar y preparar los envíos de muestras correspondientes. Solicitar y requisar materiales de bodega para las líneas P&C, HTL, WVL y PFL.
  • Documentación Operativa: Creación y control de folders de producción (WVL, PFL, POS)

Requisitos

Secundaria completa o Pasante Universitario (carreras afines a Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o áreas técnicas).

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral, escrita y de presentación.
  • Facilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y asertiva con todos los niveles de gestión en asuntos comerciales y operativos complejos.
  • Buen conocimiento técnico del producto y comprensión de flujos de manufactura/confección.
  • Capacidad demostrada para redactar y preparar propuestas e informes profesionales por escrito.
  • Dominio intermedio de herramientas ofimáticas (Google Drive, hojas de cálculo/Excel, tableros de control de métricas).
