Responsabilidades:

Área Eléctrica:

  • De 0 a 2 años de experiencia como electricista industrial o experiencia eléctrica afín.
  • Conocimiento básicos de lógica de relevadores (relés), variadores/controladores de CD (corriente directa)
  • Se requiere electricista con licencia / cédula.
  • Formación técnica u otros estudios postsecundarios son un plus / ventaja.
  • Habilidad para trabajar a partir de planos, diagramas de circuitos y esquemáticos.
  • Conocimiento práctico de los métodos y procedimientos utilizados para realizar evaluaciones en todo tipo de aparatos eléctricos usando amperímetros, medidores de temperatura, etc.
  • Efectúa mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en maquinaria industrial, líneas de producción e instalaciones mecánicas.
  • Diagnostica y repara fallas en sistemas mecánicos, hidráulicos y neumáticos.
  • Ajusta, calibra y alinea componentes mecánicos para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos.
  • Sustituye y/o repara piezas mecánicas desgastadas como rodamientos, engranajes, bandas, cadenas, válvulas, bombas, cilindros Realiza las funciones mecánicas mencionadas anteriormente más:
  • Ejecuta una amplia variedad de funciones como instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de equipos para la generación, distribución y utilización de energía eléctrica.
  • Utiliza instrumentos para probar circuitos y reemplaza o instala nuevos circuitos de potencia, iluminación, electrónicos y de control.
  • Diagnostica fallas eléctricas, inspecciona circuitos y cableado para verificar blindaje y puesta a tierra, y prueba equipos eléctricos para garantizar seguridad y eficiencia.
  • Repara equipos eléctricos complejos, incluidos motores, interruptores, tableros de control, mecanismos eléctricos, máquinas automatizadas, controles, paneles, reguladores, disyuntores, sistemas de comunicación y alarmas.
  • Realiza asignaciones complejas de cableado.
  • Mide, corta, une, rosca, ensambla e instala tubería/conduit eléctrica.
  • Trabaja a partir de esquemas, planos, diagramas u otras especificaciones para localizar y diagnosticar problemas en el sistema eléctrico o en los equipos.

Requisitos

  • Educación: Técnico en Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Electricidad Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en mantenimiento electromecánico en entornos industriales o de manufactura.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en: Electricidad industrial, control eléctrico y tableros de control. Mecánica, hidráulica y neumática. Lectura e interpretación de planos eléctricos y mecánicos.
  • Manejo de herramientas manuales, eléctricas e instrumentos de medición.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos y atender emergencias.
