Esta posición tiene base en nuestra planta de Avery Dennison Smartrac Querétaro, reportando directamente al Supervisor de Mantenimiento. Al ser seleccionado, formarás parte de un equipo totalmente nuevo en una industria tecnológica que no para de crecer. ¡Una oportunidad clave para acelerar tu desarrollo profesional!

El objetivo del equipo de Instalaciones y Mantenimiento es, a través de sistemas de mantenimiento modernos, mantener la continuidad de las operaciones de la planta y mejorar continuamente la disponibilidad/fiabilidad del equipo para fabricar productos de calidad de manera segura y rentable. Este equipo también será responsable de la planificación y ejecución de CAPEX , incluyendo un ambicioso Plan Maestro de aumento de capacidad.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Mantiene conocimiento y buena comprensión sobre la planta/equipo y sus condiciones.
  • Responsable del mantenimiento continuo y resolución de problemas, en base a órdenes de trabajo.
  • Supervisar la planta/equipo para garantizar una configuración óptima, trabajar con Calidad para minimizar defectos y retrabajos.
  • Supervise la planta/equipo para garantizar un funcionamiento óptimo, trabaje con Producción para minimizar el desperdicio y el tiempo de inactividad no planificado.
  • Monitorear la planta/equipo para garantizar la operación segura, trabajar con EHS para mitigar riesgos y prevenir accidentes.
  • Desarrollar e implementar mejoras para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad para el cambio de línea y la limpieza.
  • Apoyar la instalación y puesta en marcha de plantas/equipos.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Mecánica o disciplina afín.
  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia
  • Experiencia en programacion de Siemens ,Allan Bradley, Pantallas interfase
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.
