O Consultor EPM Funcional é responsável por atuar em todas as fases do ciclo de vida de projetos voltados à consolidação societária, com foco na geração de demonstrativos financeiros, notas explicativas e demais entregas regulatórias e gerenciais.

Com base em sua experiência contábil e financeira prévia, este profissional apoia diretamente na transformação de requisitos contábeis e regulatórios em soluções funcionais, aderentes às boas práticas de mercado e às exigências dos órgãos reguladores.

Participa ativamente desde o levantamento de requisitos com as áreas de contabilidade e controladoria, até o desenho funcional, testes, validações com os times de negócio e suporte pós-go-live, garantindo a integridade das informações geradas nos sistemas.

Trabalha de forma colaborativa com equipes multidisciplinares (técnicas e de negócio), documentando as necessidades e requisitos de negócios e suportando o time técnico na definição de regras e configurações aplicáveis às ferramentas EPM, com foco especial nos módulos de Consolidação Financeira e Notas Explicativas.

Requisitos Mínimos: ✔ Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em processos de consolidação societária e fechamento contábil, incluindo: -Preparação de relatórios contábeis e financeiros -Análise do tratamento contábil de transações complexas -Experiência com consolidação financeira e processos de fechamento contábil ✔ Capacidade de conduzir levantamentos de requisitos com áreas de negócio (Contabilidade, Controladoria, Auditoria, TI) e documentar o conteúdo ✔ Capacidade de realizar testes e validações ✔ Boa comunicação verbal e escrita ✔ Capacidade de identificar riscos funcionais, propor soluções alternativas e ajustar o escopo de forma controlada ✔ Organização para gerar relatórios claros sobre o andamento das atividades ✔ Compromisso com prazos e qualidade das entregas

Requisitos Desejáveis: ✔ Idiomas inglês e espanhol avançados ✔ Experiência prévia com processos de geração de books financeiros ✔ Experiência prévia em auditoria contábil ou asseguração de informações financeiras (ex: atuação como AAE – Assistant Audit Engagement)
