O Consultor Oracle FCC é o profissional responsável por conduzir projetos de implementação, sustentação e evolução da solução Oracle Enterprise Performance Management de consolidação. Atua em todas as fases do ciclo de vida de um projeto: desde o levantamento de requisitos até o go-live e suporte pós-implementação, garantindo o alinhamento com as melhores práticas da Oracle e os objetivos de negócio dos clientes.

Utilizando metodologias estruturadas e ferramentas específicas do Oracle EPM, o consultor garante a correta tradução das necessidades do cliente em soluções funcionais bem configuradas, testadas, documentadas e implementadas com qualidade, previsibilidade e foco no resultado.

Pode atuar de forma independente ou em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares (funcionais, técnicas e de negócio), sempre com foco na qualidade das entregas, na experiência do cliente e no cumprimento de prazos e escopo.

Deve ter facilidade para atuar sob pressão, se adaptar a ambientes dinâmicos e com mudanças frequentes de prioridade, além de possuir boa capacidade analítica para resolver problemas e transformar requisitos complexos em soluções viáveis na plataforma Oracle FCC.

Mantém contato direto com os clientes, podendo assumir o papel de interlocutor principal em determinados projetos. É responsável por organizar os processos de levantamento, desenho de solução, configuração, testes, treinamento e suporte inicial após a entrada em produção.

Requisitos Mínimos: ✔ Inglês Avançado ✔ Conhecimento em Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close e Oracle Narrative Reporting (EPM), seguindo as melhores práticas Oracle: • Setup das aplicações • Autonomia na criação de cálculos e regras de negócio • Dimensionamento • Processos de consolidação, tais como: - Movimentações societárias - Equivalência patrimonial - Conversão de moedas - Eliminações intercompany • Criação de relatórios narrativos • Gestão de segurança • Conhecimento nos modelos de IA disponíveis no EPM, como relatórios narrativos

✔ Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para conduzir reuniões com áreas de negócio e TI ✔ Capacidade de identificar riscos funcionais, propor soluções alternativas e ajustar o escopo de forma controlada ✔ Organização para gerar relatórios claros sobre o andamento das atividades ✔ Compromisso com prazos e qualidade das entregas ✔ Capacidade de gerenciar mudanças de escopo e controlar impactos funcionais durante o projeto

Requisitos Desejáveis: ✔ Certificações Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close e Oracle Narrative Reporting ✔ Experiência com integrações com ERPs ou outras fontes de dados ✔ Experiência em projetos internacionais ✔ Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em projetos Oracle EPM ou ferramentas equivalentes
