En Awasi Patagonia, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Recepcionista de Hotel para sumarse a nuestro equipo en el área de Front Desk. Buscamos a una persona con experiencia previa en hotelería, pasión por la hospitalidad y habilidades de comunicación excepcionales.

El Recepcionista será el rostro de nuestro hotel y el primer punto de contacto de nuestros huéspedes, por lo que es fundamental que cuente con una actitud cálida, proactiva y resolutiva. Será el responsable de dar una bienvenida memorable, gestionar los procesos de check-in y check-out, atender requerimientos durante la estadía y brindar apoyo en tareas administrativas clave para el correcto funcionamiento del área.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Vocación de servicio: Orientación total al cliente, empatía y compromiso con superar las expectativas de los huéspedes.
  • Organización y proactividad: Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, mantener la recepción en perfecto orden y resolver situaciones con autonomía y eficiencia.
  • Habilidades operativas: Manejo de sistemas de gestión hotelera (PMS), herramientas informáticas y control de correos y llamados.
  • Gestión de experiencias: Colaboración directa en la coordinación de traslados, excursiones y reservas internas.
  • Sistemas de gestión hotelera (PMS): Con experiencia en Ópera Cloud (Deseable)
  • Idiomas: Dominio fluido del inglés (excluyente), valorándose el manejo de otros idiomas debido al perfil internacional de nuestros clientes.
  • Idiomas: Dominio avanzado de inglés (excluyente) y se valorará un tercer idioma.
  • Licencia de Conducir: Vigente y Clase B (excluyente)
