Deine Aufgaben

  • Installation, Erweiterung und Inbetriebnahme unserer Zutritts- und Ticketingsysteme,
  • Begleitung von Projekten direkt beim Kunden,
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung technischer Kunden- und Partneranfragen im Außendienst,
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Service- und Fernwartungstätigkeiten,
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Ersatzteilversand sowie -montagen,
  • Allgemeine Servicetechnik-Einsätze bei unseren Kunden in der DACH Region, fallweise weltweit,
  • Unterstützung bei Konfigurationen, Kundeneinweisungen sowie Durchführung technischer Schulungen.

Dein Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung: z. B. Elektrik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder IT (HTL, Lehre o. Ä.),
  • Erste Erfahrung in Montage, Installation, Inbetriebnahme oder technischem Service von Vorteil,
  • Gute Kenntnisse elektrischer Schaltungen und sicherer Umgang damit,
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken, Hardware & EDV-Systemen,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und ein professionelles Auftreten,
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Führerschein der Klasse B.
