Deine Aufgaben

  • Installation, Erweiterung und Inbetriebnahme unserer Parksysteme bei Kunden (Flughäfen, Einkaufszentren und Krankenhäusern);
  • Technische Projektbegleitung direkt vor Ort – von der Montage bis zur Übergabe;
  • Analyse und eigenständige Behebung technischer Störungen im Außendienst;
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Service- und Fernwartungseinsätzen;
  • Technische Klärung von Kunden- und Partneranfragen inklusive Fehleranalyse;
  • Organisation und Abwicklung von Ersatzteilversand sowie Durchführung von Nachrüstungen und Umbauten;
  • Kundeneinweisungen, Systemkonfigurationen und Durchführung technischer Schulungen;
  • Einsätze überwiegend in Österreich, fallweise in CZE, HRV und SVN.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL o. Ä.) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, IT oder vergleichbar;
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in Installation, Inbetriebnahme oder technischem Service von Vorteil;
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik und sicherer Umgang mit elektrischen Schaltungen;
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik, Hardware und IT-Systemen;
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung;
  • Professionelles Auftreten beim Kunden;
  • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B.
