Axess Italia S.r.l., die italienische Tochtergesellschaft der internationalen Unternehmensgruppe Axess AG, einem weltweit führenden Anbieter von Ticketing- und Zutrittskontrolllösungen für Skigebiete, Seilbahnanlagen, touristische Attraktionen, Messezentren, Stadien und Parksysteme, sucht zur Verstärkung ihres technischen Teams eine neue Mitarbeiterin bzw. einen neuen Mitarbeiter. Axess ist in mehr als 50 Ländern tätig und entwickelt innovative Hard- und Softwarelösungen für Zutrittsmanagement und touristische Dienstleistungen im eigenen Haus.

  • Technischer Support für italienische Kunden, die Axess-Systeme einsetzen,
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Ticketing- und Zutrittskontrollsystemen,
  • Remote- und Vor-Ort-Support in Skigebieten und touristischen Einrichtungen,
  • Testen und Prüfen von Software, RFID- und BLE-Geräten, Kassensystemen (POS) sowie automatischen Drehkreuzen,
  • Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und der Umsetzung neuer Installationen und Projekte,
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen Technik- und Entwicklungsteams der Axess-Gruppe.

Dein Profil

  • Abschluss einer technischen Oberschule mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder Elektronik bzw. Bachelorabschluss in Informatik oder Computer Engineering,
  • Begeisterung für IT und neue Technologien,
  • Grundkenntnisse in Computernetzwerken, Windows-Betriebssystemen und Datenbanken,
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Italiens,
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,
  • Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil,
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz,
  • Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise,
  • Interesse an Tourismus, Bergsport und innovativen Technologien.
