Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and open new enterprise opportunities
  • Build relationships with CxO, Key Decision Makers, Technology and Digital Transformation leaders and partners
  • Position ADL early in digital transformation and modernization initiatives
  • Lead client discussions around BSS/OSS, digital platforms, API Management, integration and cloud transformation
  • Understand customer business and technology challenges and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Work with architects and delivery teams to design competitive technical solutions
  • Lead solution strategy and technical positioning for complex enterprise opportunities
  • Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, executive presentations and negotiations
  • Position ADL and Axonect platforms as key components of customers' digital transformation programs
  • Identify opportunities for BSS/OSS modernization, API led transformation, middleware/integration and digital platform adoption
  • Conduct customer presentations, solution pitches, product demonstrations and technical workshops

Person Specifications

  • 10+ years in enterprise technology, solution sales, pre-sales or digital transformation
  • Background in enterprise technology vendors, system integrators, telecom or digital consulting firms
  • Telco BSS/OSS experience is strongly preferred
  • Good understanding of CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Inventory and other BSS/OSS domains
  • Experience or good understanding of API Management, middleware, enterprise integration and microservices
  • Good understanding of cloud and modern digital platforms
  • Fintech, banking or payments experience is an added advantage
  • Proven ability to create and shape enterprise opportunities
  • Comfortable engaging C level and technical leaders
  • Ability to bridge business requirements and technology architecture
  • Strong storytelling, solution positioning and consultative selling skills
