Dentro de nuestra actividad de consultoría en optimización del rendimiento de los Recursos Humanos, el papel del consultor es fundamental. Su principal responsabilidad será acompañar a nuestros clientes en la optimización de los costes de la Seguridad Social y las cotizaciones sociales.

Tus principales funciones serán:

  • Realizar auditorías de las nóminas de nuestros clientes, identificar oportunidades de optimización, evaluar y cuantificar su impacto económico, así como detectar posibles discrepancias en los cálculos de las nóminas.
  • Elaborar y presentar informes, proponiendo medidas de optimización destinadas a generar ahorros mediante una gestión eficiente de los costes de Recursos Humanos.
  • Coordinar la implementación de las recomendaciones, definiendo la metodología de aplicación y preparando la documentación necesaria para solicitar devoluciones de cotizaciones o importes abonados indebidamente.
  • Gestionar la relación con los clientes, asesorándolos para garantizar la correcta gestión de las nóminas, acompañándolos en los trámites posteriores a las auditorías y participando en la actividad comercial mediante la presentación de los servicios y la adaptación de las propuestas a las necesidades específicas de cada cliente.

Buscamos una persona que reúna las siguientes características:

  • Se trata de un puesto de consultor de optimización de costes laborales y cotizaciones sociales, con un importante componente de auditoría y análisis financiero.
  • El trabajo consiste principalmente en revisar las nóminas y cotizaciones de las empresas para identificar errores, posibles ahorros y oportunidades de recuperación de cantidades pagadas de más.
  • Combina conocimientos de Recursos Humanos, nóminas, Seguridad Social, auditoría y control de gestión, además del contacto directo con clientes.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas.
  • Buena capacidad para trabajar por proyectos.
  • Perseverancia, curiosidad y capacidad para transmitir conocimientos de manera clara y comprensible.
  • Organización, rigor y exigencia en el trabajo.
  • Facilidad para trabajar con cifras y datos numéricos.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos especializados en gestión de nóminas (se valorará positivamente).
  • Conocimiento sólido del funcionamiento y la organización de las empresas, así como de sus limitaciones económicas.
  • Titulación superior en una escuela de negocios o formación especializada en auditoría y control de gestión.
