Quelles sont les missions qui vous seront confiées quand vous intégrerez les équipes d’Ayming ?

Au sein de notre activité d’externalisation des déclarations d’accidents du travail et maladies professionnelles, votre rôle sera de :

  • Accompagner et conseiller les clients dans la phase déclarative de l’accident du travail dans les délais impartis
  • Assurer la relation client interne et externe, par une gestion quotidienne des flux entrants (mails et appels)
  • Être garant de la pertinence des informations transmises aux Cabinets d’avocats intervenant lors de l’élaboration de courriers de réserves
  • Être garant du suivi du dossier jusqu’à la clôture de l’instruction

Un socle solide de formations à nos métiers vous sera dispensé.

Qualifications

Vos talents et aspirations professionnelles

Vous avez :

  • Une formation Bac + 2 en assistanat juridique et en carrières juridiques
  • Une expérience en cabinet d’avocat, ou cabinet de conseil
  • Une connaissance des accidents du travail et maladies professionnelles seraient un plus

Vous êtes :

  • Organisé, autonome, rigoureux, exigeant, agile
  • Doté d’une excellente expression orale et écrite
  • Une personne qui aime le challenge, le dépassement de soi
  • Soucieux d’aider, conseiller et mettre vos compétences au service d’autrui
  • Une personne qui a une bonne gestion du stress et des priorités
