Description du poste

Au sein de notre activité d’externalisation des déclarations d’accidents du travail et maladies professionnelles, ton rôle sera de :

  • Accompagner et conseiller les clients dans la phase déclarative de l’accident du travail dans les délais impartis
  • Assurer la relation client interne et externe, par une gestion quotidienne des flux entrants (mails et appels)
  • Être garant de la pertinence des informations transmises aux Cabinets d’avocats intervenant lors de l’élaboration de courriers de réserves
  • Être garant du suivi du dossier jusqu’à la clôture de l’instruction

Un socle solide de formations à nos métiers te sera dispensé.

Qualifications

  • Un cursus Droit du Travail, Droit de la Protection Sociale, Carrières Juridiques
  • Disponible a minima 2 jours par semaine à compter de janvier 2027
