Werken in AZORG, da's zorg met ambitie. Voor onze campus Moorselbaan zoeken we een enthousiaste logopedist die tijdelijk een collega tijdens haar zwangerschapsverlof vervangt. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team en begeleidt patiënten met neurologische aandoeningen bij communicatie-, spraak-, taal-, stem- en slikproblemen.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als logopedist binnen de neurologische zorg ben je verantwoordelijk voor het evalueren, diagnosticeren en behandelen van patiënten met logopedische problemen. Je draagt actief bij aan het hersteltraject van de patiënt en werkt nauw samen met artsen, verpleegkundigen, psychologen en andere paramedici.

Concreet:

  • Voer je logopedische onderzoeken uit en stel je diagnoses bij taal-, spraak-, stem- en slikstoornissen.
  • Werk je individuele behandeltrajecten uit en volg je de evolutie van patiënten op.
  • Adviseer en informeer je patiënten, familieleden en andere betrokken zorgverleners.
  • Rapporteer je bevindingen nauwkeurig in het patiëntendossier en verzorg je de nodige administratieve opvolging.
  • Neem je actief deel aan multidisciplinair overleg.
  • Draag je bij aan kennisdeling binnen het team en blijf je je professioneel ontwikkelen.

Wie ben jij?Je beschikt over een diploma professionele bachelor of master logopedie.Je bent erkend als logopedist door het Agentschap Zorg en Gezondheid.Ervaring binnen neurologische revalidatie of acute neurologie is een meerwaarde.Je werkt graag multidisciplinair samen.Je communiceert helder en patiëntgericht.Je bent empathisch, kwaliteitsbewust en neemt initiatief.Je kan zelfstandig werken en behoudt overzicht, ook in drukke situaties.

Wat hebben wij jou te bieden?Een tijdelijk contract van bepaalde duur ter vervanging van een zwangerschapsverlof.Tewerkstelling van 50% in loondienst.Periode van midden april 2027 tot eind september 2027.Tewerkstelling op campus Moorselbaan binnen de dienst neurologie.Verloning volgens IFIC 14, aangevuld met de extralegale voordelen eigen aan AZORG.Een warm onthaal, begeleiding door ervaren collega's en ruimte voor verdere professionele ontwikkeling.
