The posting

Praktijk VitaMils is een warme, kleinschalige praktijk in Heule waar kinderen en jongeren centraal staan. Vanuit een persoonlijke en laagdrempelige aanpak wordt er ingezet op hun groei, ontwikkeling en welzijn.

Om het aanbod binnen de praktijk verder uit te breiden, zijn we op zoek naar een zelfstandige logopedist(e) die graag aan de slag wil in een aangename praktijkomgeving.

Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om je eigen logopedische begeleiding aan te bieden binnen Praktijk VitaMils en je eigen cliëntenbestand op te bouwen of verder uit te breiden. Je werkt zelfstandig en organiseert je eigen begeleiding, met ruimte voor een persoonlijke aanpak op maat van de cliënt. Wie ben jij?

Je bent een logopedist(e) met een hart voor kinderen en jongeren en werkt op zelfstandige basis.

Je:

  • beschikt over een bachelor diploma logopedie;
  • werkt graag warm, persoonlijk en kindgericht;
  • vindt het belangrijk om aan te sluiten bij de leefwereld en het tempo van een kind;
  • kan zelfstandig werken;
  • bent flexibel;
  • staat open voor overleg en samenwerking;
  • denkt graag mee en neemt initiatief;
  • hebt zin om mee te bouwen aan een praktijk die nog volop in ontwikkeling is.
  • Je beschikt over het vereiste diploma logopedie en voldoet aan de voorwaarden om het beroep uit te oefenen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk.
  • Je hebt een warme en cliëntgerichte houding.
  • Je communiceert vlot met cliënten, ouders en andere betrokken hulpverleners.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met kinderen en jongeren.
  • Je kunt je eigen cliëntopvolging en administratie organiseren.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om je eigen werking verder uit te bouwen.
