B&A Consulting è una Software House e Digital Company specializzata in soluzioni ICT, sviluppo software e consulenza tecnologica.

Per un progetto enterprise in ambito Banking, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Functional Tester / QA Analyst con esperienza nella progettazione ed esecuzione di test funzionali, backend e API su sistemi complessi e integrati.

La persona selezionata sarà coinvolta nell’intero processo di Quality Assurance, dalla lettura dei requisiti alla definizione degli scenari di test, fino all’esecuzione, gestione delle anomalie e supporto al rilascio.

Attività

Le principali attività riguarderanno:

  • analisi di requisiti funzionali e tecnici, user story e acceptance criteria;
  • identificazione degli scenari di test e definizione di test case, checklist e test data;
  • esecuzione di functional test, regression test, smoke test e integration test;
  • supporto alle attività di UAT;
  • testing di servizi REST e SOAP;
  • verifica di payload JSON/XML, response code, validazioni, error handling e integrazioni;
  • verifica della coerenza dei dati tra sistemi;
  • apertura, classificazione e monitoraggio dei defect fino alla chiusura;
  • raccolta di log, screenshot, request/response ed evidenze di test;
  • supporto a PM e Delivery Manager nella pianificazione e nel monitoraggio delle attività;
  • produzione di test report, defect report e metriche di copertura;
  • analisi dei rischi residui e supporto alla readiness per il rilascio;
  • proposta di miglioramenti ai processi e agli standard di testing.

Competenze tecniche

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede:

  • esperienza consolidata come Functional Tester / QA Analyst in contesti enterprise;
  • capacità di analizzare requisiti funzionali, specifiche tecniche e documentazione di integrazione;
  • conoscenza delle principali tecniche di test design: equivalence partitioning; boundary value analysis; decision table; state transition; exploratory testing; risk-based testing;
  • esperienza nel testing di backend e API;
  • utilizzo di strumenti come Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, SoapUI o equivalenti;
  • conoscenza di REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON e XML;
  • familiarità con autenticazione, token, header, query parameter e gestione degli errori;
  • capacità di interrogare database e verificare la coerenza dei dati;
  • conoscenza almeno base/intermedia di SQL;
  • esperienza con strumenti di test management e defect tracking come Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, Xray, Zephyr o equivalenti;
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.

Nice to have

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

  • esperienza in ambito Banking, Finance, Insurance o Fintech;
  • Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche o affini;
  • esperienza in progetti internazionali;
  • familiarità con processi e sistemi integrati complessi.
