B&A Consulting è una Software House e Digital Company specializzata in soluzioni ICT, sviluppo software e consulenza tecnologica.

Per un progetto enterprise in ambito Finance, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior Backend Developer Java con solida esperienza nello sviluppo di applicazioni backend, architetture a microservizi e API REST.

La persona selezionata sarà inserita in un team internazionale e contribuirà alla progettazione, allo sviluppo e all’evoluzione di soluzioni backend scalabili, performanti e affidabili, collaborando con team tecnici, DevOps e stakeholder di progetto.

Attività

Le principali attività riguarderanno:

  • progettazione, sviluppo e manutenzione di applicazioni backend in Java e Spring Boot;
  • sviluppo di API RESTful e architetture a microservizi;
  • traduzione dei requisiti funzionali e tecnici in soluzioni software robuste e manutenibili;
  • partecipazione alla progettazione tecnica e alle revisioni architetturali;
  • stima delle attività di sviluppo;
  • scrittura di codice pulito, documentato e conforme agli standard di progetto;
  • sviluppo di unit test e integration test;
  • analisi, debugging e risoluzione di problematiche in ambiente di produzione;
  • collaborazione con i team DevOps per attività di CI/CD, build, release e deployment;
  • contributo alle attività di miglioramento continuo;
  • attenzione a sicurezza, performance, scalabilità e affidabilità delle applicazioni.

Competenze tecniche

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede:

  • almeno 7 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo backend Java;
  • ottima conoscenza di Java 11+ / Java 17+;
  • solida esperienza con Spring Boot;
  • conoscenza di Spring MVC;
  • esperienza con Spring Data JPA / Hibernate;
  • esperienza nello sviluppo di API REST;
  • conoscenza di architetture a microservizi;
  • utilizzo di Maven o Gradle;
  • esperienza con database relazionali, quali: PostgreSQL; Oracle; SQL Server;
  • utilizzo di Git per il versioning del codice;
  • esperienza in contesti Agile / Scrum;
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata.

È richiesta esperienza concreta nell’utilizzo di strumenti di sviluppo basati su Intelligenza Artificiale, come:

  • GitHub Copilot;
  • Copilot Chat;
  • ChatGPT;
  • Claude;
  • Cursor;
  • strumenti equivalenti.

In particolare, è richiesta capacità di utilizzare questi strumenti per:

  • generazione e refactoring del codice;
  • creazione di test unitari;
  • redazione della documentazione tecnica;
  • troubleshooting e root cause analysis;
  • analisi e chiarimento dei requisiti;
  • revisione delle specifiche tecniche.

È inoltre richiesta:

  • conoscenza dei principi di prompt engineering;
  • capacità di fornire istruzioni strutturate ai tool AI;
  • capacità di revisionare criticamente il codice generato;
  • capacità di validare sicurezza, qualità e correttezza del codice prima del rilascio;
  • familiarità con moderne pratiche di sviluppo software supportate dall’AI.

Nice to have

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

  • esperienza precedente in ambito Finance / Banking / Financial Services;
  • Laurea in discipline STEM;
  • esperienza in contesti internazionali.
