Nosso cliente uma cafeteria em Jurere - Florianópolis -SC, oferecendo atendimento especializado e personalizado. Estamos em busca de um Atendente para fazer parte da equipe!

Responsabilidades:

  • Receber os clientes de forma cortês e acompanhá-los às mesas se necessário conforme padrão interno de atendimento.
  • Anotar os pedidos dos clientes com precisão e transmiti-los à equipe da cozinha ou bar através do lançamento do pedido no sistema.
  • Servir alimentos e bebidas conforme as preferências dos clientes, garantindo uma experiência agradável.
  • Informar eventuais atrasos ou inconsistências.
  • Realizar a limpeza das mesas, recolhendo pratos, copos e utensílios e garantir que estejam limpas e prontas para receber novos clientes após o término das refeições.
  • Realizar reposição de utensílios e insumos.
  • Manter a área de serviço limpa e organizada em todos os momentos.
  • Responsável pelo recolhimentos dos produtos na mesa, bem como a limpeza geral do local.
  • Colaborar ativamente com a equipe para manter o fluxo contínuo das operações.

O que você precisa ter ou saber:

  • Ensino Fundamental Completo

Horário: terça a sábado 12:40 as 21:00 dom a combinar

Remuneração : fixo + 10% (caixinha) + variavel por Metas de produtividade

Benefícios: VA + VT
