Nosso cliente é uma confeitaria especializada em Cookies e outras delícias

Seu dia a dia:

Realizar o assamento dos cookies, seguindo os padrões de qualidade, tempo, temperatura e apresentação;

Repor e organizar os produtos na vitrine, acompanhando a disponibilidade e saída dos sabores;

Controlar etiquetas, identificação, datas de produção e validade dos produtos;

Organizar e armazenar corretamente cookies, ingredientes e itens de finalização;

Apoiar a cozinha no preparo, porcionamento, montagem e organização dos produtos;

Auxiliar no controle de estoque e na reposição de insumos;

Prestar suporte ao atendimento e aos pedidos via WhatsApp e iFood, quando necessário;

Manter utensílios, equipamentos e áreas de trabalho limpos e organizados;

Cumprir os padrões de higiene, manipulação e segurança alimentar.
