Als buying assistant zorg jij ervoor dat de juiste producten, tegen de juiste prijs en met een barcode die écht scant, op tijd in de winkels liggen. Zodat je collega’s op de luchthaven zich kunnen focussen op waar ze goed in zijn: verkopen.

Je werkt op het snijvlak van inkoop, retail, productdata en category management. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je leert in korte tijd hoe een retail organisatie van binnenuit werkt. Je ondersteunt de category managers en bent de schakel tussen leveranciers, supply chain en winkelmanagers.

Wat ga je doen als buying assistant?

Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles klopt, van de eerste bestelling tot het moment dat het product in het schap staat. Dat doe je zo:

  • Inkooporders verwerk je correct en op tijd.
  • Productdata houd je up-to-date, zodat iedereen met de juiste informatie werkt.
  • Prijzen, barcodes en artikelinformatie controleer je zorgvuldig, want details maken het verschil.
  • Het overzicht bewaak je en je zorgt voor transparantie in het hele proces.
  • Met category managers, leveranciers, supply chain en winkelmanagers schakel je dagelijks.

Dit is iets voor jou als je energie krijgt van structuur, samenwerking en details. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, denkt een stap vooruit en verliest het grotere plaatje nooit uit het oog.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen € 2.700 en € 3.200 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring;
  • Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast contract;
  • Een jaarlijkse kerstbonus en een prestatieafhankelijke bonus;
  • 25 vakantiedagen, met de mogelijkheid om extra vakantiedagen te verdienen of bij te kopen;
  • Interne en externe trainingen die passen bij jouw functie en groeiambitie;
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 per kilometer, tot maximaal 75 kilometer enkele reis, of een thuiswerkvergoeding;
  • Een goede pensioenregeling voor later;
  • Collectieve verzekeringen, waaronder een arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering en een nabestaandenverzekering.

Jij bent iemand die graag overzicht houdt en nauwkeurig werkt. Je vindt het leuk om met verschillende mensen te schakelen en krijgt energie van een rol waarin administratie, commercie en retail samenkomen. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

  • Nederlands en Engels beheers je uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Excel is jouw vriend en in verschillende systemen vind je snel je weg.
  • Met een proactieve werkhouding en oog voor detail val je op.
