The posting

Als Technical Project Coordinator ben je de spilfiguur tussen het tekenbureau en de techniekers op de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten efficiënt en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd en dat de communicatie tussen de verschillende stakeholders vlot verloopt. Het gaat om interne machinebouwprojecten, waarbij machines ontwikkeld en gebouwd worden voor eigen productieprocessen, voor de ganse groep.

Jouw rol:

  • het opstellen en opvolgen van de planning van projecten en de teammedewerkers
  • het coördineren en toezien op de uitvoering van de projecten volgens de vooropgestelde afspraken
  • het fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen het tekenbureau (elektrisch en mechanisch) en de techniekers
  • het coachen en verder ontwikkelen van het technisch team op persoonlijk en technisch vlak
  • het terugkoppelen van mechanische en elektrische opmerkingen, verbeterpunten en ontwerpfouten naar het tekenbureau in samenspraak met de engineering manager
  • het bewaken van kwaliteit, rendement en naleving van de technische specificaties
  • het ondersteunen van een vlotte samenwerking tussen interne teams en externe partners
  • het waken over veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer
  • je beschikt minimum over een bachelordiploma in een relevante richting (elektromechanica)
  • je hebt ervaring in een technische of industriële omgeving
  • je hebt ervaring in een aansturende/leidinggevende rol
  • je kan planmatig werken en behoudt overzicht in meerdere projecten tegelijk
  • je communiceert vlot en weet verschillende partijen op één lijn te brengen
  • je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering
  • je bent bereid je sporadisch naar het buitenland te verplaatsen
