Bouw mee aan de datafundering van Baker Tilly

Bij Baker Tilly maakt betrouwbare data het verschil en daarom investeren we verder in ons Data & Analytics-team met als doel onze organisatie vooruit te helpen in de groeiende data- en AI-ambities. Als Data Steward krijg jij de unieke kans om aan de basis te staan van deze ambitie. Op basis van jouw kennis en ervaring krijg je ruimte om mee te denken en richting te geven aan de manier waarop we omgaan met kwaliteit en governance van data.

Jouw uitdaging Jij zorgt ervoor dat data betrouwbaar, consistent en toegankelijk is. Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt kaders voor data governance, verbetert kwaliteit nog verder en zorgt ervoor dat definities en verantwoordelijkheden helder zijn vastgelegd. Je werkt daarin nauw samen met data-eigenaren, product owners, analisten, IT-specialisten en compliance-experts. Daarbij hou jij zelfstandig de optimale balans tussen datagebruik en governance in de gaten. Dankzij jouw verbindende rol kunnen collega's vertrouwen op de juiste data én deze optimaal benutten voor betere besluitvorming.

Dit ga jij doen

  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van data governance-richtlijnen en standaarden.
  • Adviseren van stakeholders over datagebruik.
  • Verzorgen van kennisdeling, training en adoptie rondom data governance.
  • Inrichten en beheren van metadata, business definities en data lineage.
  • Monitoren en verbeteren van datakwaliteit binnen de organisatie.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van datakwaliteits- en governancevraagstukken.
  • Ondersteunen bij compliance, audits en wet- en regelgeving zoals AVG en AI-gerelateerde richtlijnen.
  • Bijdragen aan de governance van AI-modellen en AI-agents.

Jij hebt een passie voor data en krijgt energie van het aanbrengen van structuur. Je bent analytisch sterk, ziet kansen in het continue verbeteren, durft initiatief te nemen en weet stakeholders hierin mee te nemen. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding in Business Information Management, Informatica, Data Management, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaars.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met data governance, datamanagement of datakwaliteit.
  • Kennis van data governance frameworks en datakwaliteitsmanagement (certificering hierin is een pré)
  • Kennis van metadata-management, data lineage en data-classificatie.
  • Inzicht in data-architecturen, databases, rapportage- en analyseomgevingen.
  • Kennis van privacy-, security- en compliancewetgeving, waaronder AVG en AI-gerelateerde regelgeving.
  • Ervaring met data governance tooling.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement.
