Data is één van de belangrijkste aanjagers van de toekomst van Baker Tilly en daarom bouwen we volop aan ons nieuwe Data & Analytics-team. Ter uitbreiding van dit team zoeken we een ervaren Informatie Analist die organisatiebrede vraagstukken vertaalt naar slimme data- en AI-oplossingen met zichtbare impact. Je stapt dus in op een uniek moment. Jouw ideeën en initiatieven helpen bepalen hoe datagedreven werken binnen onze organisatie verder vorm krijgt.

Jouw uitdaging Als Informatie Analist bij Data & Analytics vorm je de brug tussen business, data en technologie. Je spreekt met stakeholders, analyseert processen en informatiebehoeften en vertaalt deze naar oplossingen die direct bijdragen aan betere besluitvorming, efficiëntere processen en meer businesswaarde. Je bent een sparringpartner voor product owners of mogelijk soms zelf een product owner. Je werkt nauw samen met data engineers, data stewards en andere specialisten. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat data niet alleen beschikbaar is, maar ook daadwerkelijk goed wordt benut.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je vertaalt businessvraagstukken naar concrete data- en AI-oplossingen.
  • Je analyseert processen en informatiebehoeften en signaleert verbeterkansen.
  • Je adviseert stakeholders over de inzet van data, analytics en innovatieve technologieën.
  • Je stelt requirements, use cases en procesmodellen op en zorgt voor een heldere vertaalslag richting ontwikkelteams.
  • Je faciliteert workshops en stakeholdersessies en begeleidt implementaties.
  • Je stimuleert datagedreven werken binnen de organisatie en draagt bij aan de adoptie van nieuwe oplossingen.
  • Je denkt mee over de verdere invulling van de datastrategie van Baker Tilly.

Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering. Je hebt een passie voor data. Je stelt de juiste vragen, denkt vooruit en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar praktische oplossingen. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding, bij voorkeur in Business Analytics, Bedrijfskunde, Informatica, Economie, Informatiemanagement of vergelijkbaar.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring als Informatie Analist, Business Analist of vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring met het analyseren en vastleggen van business- en informatiebehoeften.
  • Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en het begeleiden van verandertrajecten.
  • Ervaring in agile werken.
  • Inzicht in data-analyse, rapportages, dashboards en informatievoorziening.
  • Kennis van procesmodellering, requirementsmanagement.
  • Affiniteit met data- en AI-oplossingen en moderne cloudplatformen
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
