Jouw rol als Resource Coördinator Onze branche is volop in beweging en dat vraagt om een strakke en slimme planning. Jij bent de verbindende factor die ervoor zorgt dat onze teams optimaal worden ingezet, deadlines worden gehaald en klanten kunnen rekenen op een vlekkeloze dienstverlening. Je werkt zelfstandig in jouw regio vanuit de vestiging in Zwolle en hebt intensief contact met collega-planners in andere regio’s. Daarnaast stem je continu af met managers, partners en teamleden om de planning te optimaliseren en knelpunten tijdig te signaleren. Als Resource Coördinator is het belangrijk dat je snel kunt schakelen, belangen zorgvuldig afweegt en helder communiceert over prioriteiten en mogelijkheden. Daarbij komt overtuigingskracht, luistervaardigheid en het vermogen om complexe informatie op een duidelijke manier uit te leggen goed van pas.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

  • Opstellen en beheren van de jaarplanning voor diverse opdrachten:
  • Afstemmen van capaciteit met managers en partners;
  • Monitoren van voortgang en oplossen van knelpunten;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s over planning en inzetbaarheid;
  • Analyseren van workload en adviseren over procesoptimalisatie;
  • Het samenstellen van teams voor de Audit-praktijk en IT-Advisory, waarbij je zorgt voor de juiste mix van functieniveaus en competenties, van stagiaire tot partner, passend bij de projecten van onze klanten.
  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring in een planningsfunctie, bij voorkeur binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden: je schakelt moeiteloos op verschillende niveaus, stelt prioriteiten en creëert duidelijkheid in complexe situaties;
  • Veerkrachtig en oplossingsgericht: je behoudt overzicht onder druk en maakt keuzes die bijdragen aan een optimale planning;
  • Bereidheid om meerdere Baker Tilly-locaties te bezoeken binnen de Businessunit Noordoost, afhankelijk van de vraag en behoefte, zodat je zichtbaar bent en verbinding houdt met de verschillende teams.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig maar ook binnen een team.
